Services are available throughout the local service area and are subject to scheduling availability.

Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Final pricing may change if the actual condition, size, accessibility, or severity of staining differs from the original description or submitted photos.

Additional fees may apply for:
-Excessive buildup
-Heavy oil/rust stains
-Large debris removal
-Difficult access areas
-Excessively dirty trash bins

-Trash Inside Trashbins

-Not moving furniture

Booking Policy

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Trash bin cleaning appointments are generally available on designated trash collection days.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:
-Weather conditions
-Equipment issues
-Unsafe working conditions
-Water access problems

Customer Preparation Requirements

Before your appointment, customers must:

Ensure outdoor water access is available and functioning
Move vehicles, furniture, decorations, and obstacles away from service areas
Keep pets and children safely inside
Close all windows and doors
Ensure trash bins are emptied before trash bin cleaning appointments

Failure to prepare the property may result in:

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a %15 cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged a service fee.

Weather-related reschedules will not incur any fees.

-Certain stains such as rust, battery acid, oil, and deep organic staining may not be fully removable.

We may use professional-grade cleaning solutions including sodium hypochlorite and detergents to safely clean surfaces.

Customers should:

-Keep pets and children away from treatment areas until surfaces are dry
-Notify us of any sensitive plants, materials, or concerns before service

Weather Policy

Exterior cleaning services are weather dependent.

We may delay or reschedule appointments due to:

-Freezing temperatures
